At Okura Cookware, we stand behind the quality of our culinary tools and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure every chef is completely satisfied with their purchase to guarantee the best cooking experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused cookware in its original luxury box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
